How do I set up iGetter to download my Apple software updates at a later time, such as during the night when my Satellite service is open.

Hello Joanne,
First, you have to uncheck the "Start downloading immediately" option at iGetter preferences, General panel. Also, choose "T1" or "10M Ethernet" as a connection type and set the "Minimal segment size" value to 9999 and "Default number of segments" to 4 (see iGetter preferences, Acceleration panel).

Then, you could find and add to iGetter all Apple downloads here:

Integrated in Mac OS X Software Update application can't be extended to third party downloaders. Fortunately, Apple post all their updates on their web site.
